well...I went and looked at a house last week while I was home. mostly out of morbid fascination. 799K, but the house has been for sale for over a year. sellers are "extra motivated" said the realtor.
house was absolutely ridiculous. almost 14K square feet. 8 beds. 8 full baths. 3 kitchens. ball room with a Teflon ice skating rink. just completely over the top. it's in one of the nicest areas of town, too.
