24 deg. for an hour or two won,t likely freeze anything.
I doubt I could freeze a bucket of water in my freezer that fast. If it stays below freezing all night then maybe. If worried I would drain it .. Tracks probably don,t like glycol antifreeze because it,s slippery if leaked on the track.
What about alcohol as antifreeze ? It won,t be slippery and won,t be visable in the coolant water during tech inspection.
