Second, it's very fixable.
You can take it to the shop of your choice, find a high end pcar shop, insist on this one.
File a diminished value claim with his insurance. They will fight you on this, you might need a lawyer, which would be almost free bc you were hit, ie not your fault, they essentially work on commission. Remember, the insurance co has lawyers too, you will need one.
Rey is spot on, the nada value is only about 20k, collect data on recent sales, etc.
