I have bought a Cigarette lighter to cigarette lighter charger unit to charge the Boxster battery by connecting to my girlfriend's car.
Do I need the key in the ignition (of the Boxster) and turned one stop whilst charging? Some car cigarette lighters won't operate unless the key is in, and I can't remember if this is the case with the Boxster.
