Boy, these sure have carved out a niche in the motorcycling world. Very sought after bike these days. Well up on my "someday" list is a properly cafe'd SR500. Either that or the Honda version of it - didn't they call it the "Ascot" (after the mile track there) or something? I think it had their 500cc RFV motor in it, so kind of like my XR650L.
I'm actually surprised no one builds a proper big thumper, other than Royal Enfield. I just have to think guys would be lining up for a big, simple, cheap, road going thumper with kind of a cafe attitude.
