Support your trusted local independent. Luckily I have one that I have used for years just 20 minutes away but may have stumbled on another just minutes away. We recently moved and I want to support the new local but I have history with the other shop. Sorry for the derail...back to the topic. Its been my experience that all dealerships suck in the service department.
