That's not the entire story. The boy has been suspended for this before. His parents did nothing to stop it. He has repeatedly done this to this girl, by some accounts 30-40 times. At some point there has to be punishment. When we where in school we would have gotten spanked, the school can't do that now so what are they supposed to do? What would you do if it was your daughter? That's the problem with our entire society, no one is accountable for their actions. He'd been told to stop many many times, it took over 10 times of this being reported to the school for them to suspend him the first time but the kid kept doing it.
