We are all dispersed.
Of my two older sisters, the one just 18 months older than me were and remain extremely close. We talk once a month and see each other twice a year. Barb is also very close to my wife and daughter and they see each other more often.
Always a pleasure.
My oldest sister is a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enema; and there isn't a key. I haven't see her in 15 years. I have made overtures but have stopped...Sisyphus I ain't.
After my Mom died my dad moved to DC and we spent every other weekend together for years...he remarried and has moved back to California so we're down to two visits per year or so. The cool thing is we email each other a couple of times a week...
