no one has mentioned a favorite dealer technique (trick) of telling people they need much more frequent service than the factory says in the owners manual
most people don't realize they don't need more than the factory spec. & don't even know it's in the manual
I'd bet that overall that is the worst ripoff in terms of total $$ and affecting the greatest number of people
