Thanks folks. Due to the snow, the car hasn't moved in a couple of days, so can't test out the power windows, to see if the proper fuse solves the problem. There was an 8 amp fuse in that slot, instead of the 25 it's supposed to be! I presume the fuse blew when I closed both windows at the same time.
