Shaun,
I guess, at some point, I could get some screenshots posted as to parts sourcing. To be quite honest, just about everything was sourced through Pelican Parts (all Porsche parts) and I had a few waits to get stuff,....still, no problems. I've about $6.3K in to these parts. Pelican was very helpful and always delivered the goods.
All gauges were reworked by North Hollywood Speedo,..and I do mean fresh glass, recals, painted needles, the whole deal. Dumb-arse me had to have them back overnight so that total bill was VERY close to $1K. Had I been a bit more conservative, it would have been in the mid $800 range. QUALITY work by Hartmuth and crew!!!!!!!
A few oddities here and there,..such as VIN sticker engagement,..or,...I think I got a new front spoiler from a vendor here on PP.
Sorry, but I'd rather not post any upholstery expenses as I've learned this process to be very customized at so many levels,..then those "values" take bay......becomes a personal call.....I'd prefer to not debate how I choose to spend my money in a public forum,..and my Vendor deserves such, as well. I'm sure you understand. Still: "it costs what it costs", so PM me a bit later, Sir.
BEST!
Doyle
