The "complete" in the "differential" line description refers to the diff (e.g. the casing, end cap, friction/plain plates, bellville washers, bolts etc), not all the parts on that diagram...
I don't have much of a problem with $3,300 for a LSD or $12,000 for a CWP. An Albins CWP for a 911 is $3,000 - and I would SWAG that these move at least 100x faster than part #132413.
You knew the risks when you bought the car - or should have; racing aside, most cars will go to their final rest with their original CWP...
What shows a problem to me is item #6 on that diagram. Those nuts are either made from unobtainium blanched in unicorn tears - or you're being fleeced.
