Clockwise, left to right:
• 2 dvd's chock full of open-header motorsports action - my favorite kind
• a very nice hand-made card, depicting a cutaway of the mighty 917 with a very thoughtful note inside (Thanks, Doug!, backactha!)
• A genuine German national flag (
Bundesflagge mit Staatswappen, according to wikipedia.) - in just the right size for the garage!
• 3 vintage Panos. My, how that magazine has changed. Some of those prices in the classifieds are interesting...
• The 2013 Indycar spotters guide (4 females tried to qualify this year, and one of them is NOT Milka Dumo. I did not know !)
• Porsche Museum guide in German (Bucket list for sure!)
• Auto & Technik Museum of Sinsheim pamphlet, in English (They've got some really cool stuff in here..)
• A patriotic trio of GT2's in 1/64th scale. Hot wheels indeed!
I would have been pleased to receive any one of these items, and you went ahead and put together a
füllhorn of motor head happiness.
