He doesn't work on German cars, or any cars for that matter. He's just a guy who inherited a bunch of nice collectible cars who likes to high-sign on internet forums.
My friend who actually works on Mercedes-Benz cars for a living, (everyday for 40 yrs. including dealer shop foreman experience in the '70s/'80s up to today), has an expression that is used a lot back in the service dept.,
