Frustration, support for workers on social media over delivery delays - TODAY.com
Apparently, all shippers got overloaded this year. I wondered why they didn't work Christmas to satisfy the customer but after reading the article I realized the workers are burned out due to the extra workload and deserved a break. There was even backlash to the complaints like
