Digital Photography Enhancement
Need to see if I can clean up some surveillance video/photos, any recommendations? Doesnt need to be perfect, just looking to better the odds of a positive ID.
Suggestions? Haven't tried Photoshop yet, I can get it if it's the best but would rather avoid trying multiple apps to find the best one.
