Hi there,
Personally I have used Steads for 4 PPIs now, and they are very thorough. I know them personally, and am pretty sure they didn't do anythiung 'above and beyond' due to my frinedship there - Like I said they are pretty good - I will go there again for another PPI in a heartbeat.
