To repair
and restore it, I'm guessing $200k minimum, maybe more. It likely needs absolutely everything imaginable but all of the big pieces are there. Unless both the repair and resto are done by someone with a name in the Ferrari world, the value of the car later would be low.
On the plus side, if someone actually bought the car right, (like this clown did), it's an opportunity for a Pebble Beach quality resto and the car would be potentially worth the new total. They are not going down in value anytime soon.
As is usually the case, it's easier and cheaper to just buy a nice one.
