Thank you for the post written by the union black 73. I believe this thread is about the union, not the worker. Where a worker is mentioned, it's because they are a bum and the union protected them.

As a long time negotiator, I will tell you there are three parties in any negotiation - the company, the union, and the worker. In almost every negotiation, I've seen the union trade things that would have benefited the worker for things that benefited the union. Criminal really.
