Indeed.com is good, if your willing to pony up the dollars, ladders.com is legit. LinkedIn still is a good one, as is the old standard of working your network connections.

Monster and Dice are pretty good about letting you determine how much of your info you want to make public. Current employer found my profile on Monster.
