All parts are in and I am rebuilding the shaft. Two questions:

There is a groove around the new bearing, does it matter how it goes back on the axle?

How does the concave washer go back onto the shaft? if it goes on concave side against bearing i do nor have enough room on the axle to fit the circlip?
