I use both sites and have received valuable advice from bith ... Rennlist is more active but you do get good advice from both for the 993's. I had a 85 Carrera and had better luck here.

At the end of the day it is free advice and should be taken that way ... I find the help and experience from the forums to be a great first step and often the best suggestions.

As to your original post ... I have biltstein HD's with the M033 springs. The car is just above RS height and now handles considerably better than the stock setup ... but the ride is not as "civilized" as the stock. I used to use the car as a DD so the ride was more important. Now I use it for occasional DE's, romps up in to the mountains and find it pretty close to what I want ... but I may always be looking for something else.

Other popular setups would include PSS 10's, Koni fsd + M033 or M030 + Biltsteins's ... take the advice of previous posters and look at both sites ... you may also find the websites for The Jackals Racetrack, p-car garage, Rennsport (Steve Weiner), and FD Motorsports helpful. Good luck ...
