Jumping from the ferry looks like a challenge. The beach run will be tough unless they prepare a hard surface. Anyway looks quite doable and fun.
I am hating this winter so far. I have parked the bike until spring and am quite behind on swimming training. On the other hand I am running more and yesterday completed a 10k Saint Sylvester race (the one in Madrid is the largest in the world with 40.000 runners)
