Rattlsnak, are you just going to do a stock rebuild or something more interesting? Looks like a 997 front end conversion candidate to me.

I've always wanted to do a 996 lightweight. It's been pretty well documented that you can get 300+ lbs out of a 996 without drastic or super expensive measures, and a 996.1 C2 is under 3000 lbs already stock. 300 HP and 2600 lbs would be fun.
