goes out and fiddles with it and finds that it amazingly simple to operate-
so he goes for it-
and he finds his septic tank------
well since he had not been through the OHSA required class and did not know about needing a harness at all times as a operator of this type of machine;
HE WAS THROWN FROM THE BASKET-
severely inuring himself, but was successful at suing the rental company, and the painter for negligence-
