A box that size is to large to mail to Australia via USPS. When you get above their size limits, it goes FEDEX. I think the maximum size for Priority mail to Australia is length+girth=79 inches.
You might try DHL, or shipping it in more than one box, or perhaps getting quotes from a freight forwarder.
