I think that the market is cooling down a bit.
Remember the Dgriz green SC targa that he paid 12K for? Sold in on ebay for around 25K to a dealer who ended up losing money on the car after upgrading the engine.
I am not so sure that the flippers will have it as easy in the future as they have for the last 5 years.
If I had the means I would probably not be buying a 911 right now - pretty satisfied with the sale of my Caramel Brown SC even though it was close to prestine and I spent 1,5 years working on it/detailing it.
Just focusing on my 912E and taking it easy for now.
