I suspect especially with older ones there might be not many left at all, don't forget there was an extremely high accident rate with them before they stopped export to USA in the eighties. hence their nickname.

My guess is possibly under 80-100 cars worldwide of each of the seventies models?
Thoughts on this?
You're absolutely right about attrition of cars due to crashes, neglect, or chassis being converted to race cars or whatever. 80-100 is probably right for '75 since it was so low production, but worldwide production was ~1150 in '76 and ~1400 for '77. So I'm sure there are many hundreds of each of these years still on the road.

With the 50th anniversary of the 911 last year, I remember lots of Porsche press statements that "over 70%" of all Porsche vehicles ever manufactured are still on the road. Obviously newer generations will have a higher percentage and older ones are probably lower, but I think 70% is probably a reasonable guess for mid-late 70s 930 models.

Also the number on the road probably stopped declining a few years ago, and now that 3.0L "Ur" turbos are starting to become more desirable people will haul them out of barns and wherever and start restoring more of them. So the number on the road is probably increasing very slightly at present.
