I think it's the filtering enabled by the internet that leads to a lack of humanity. It's easy to insult words on a page, much harder to do it to a real live person. I've never met a 911 owner in person I didn't like.
I think one of the reasons you are known across the board as a gentleman yourself, Hugh, is that you have met so many of us.
As for what Shaun did, I'll pay it forward whenever I can. Though most of my Porsche parts are currently fully assembled as my '87.
