The airports are not supposed to let you dispense into any on-road motor vehicle (no road tax collected) and most will not let you dispense into anything other than an airplane or jerry cans. (Ie: not into boats or racecars)
Some will ask for the "N" number of the airplane that the fuel in jerry cans will be used in.
You can say that it is for an ultralight (no N number) or you can give them an N number.
