This week marks another: the 40th anniversary of Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin walking on the Moon, on July 20, 1969. Did you know that they carried a slide rule in the Lunar Module to assist them with calculations? It was a 5″ Pickett.

I'm guessing the math used was metric and other scientific standards.
