My employer has no superfund sites that I am aware of. At one time they were listed a partially responsible for 4.
The company has settled and/or closed each of the superfund sites for which it has been named as a one of many responsible parties. The company was listed as a de minimis contributor to a superfund site in Abbeville, LA, and the site has since been closed by the EPA.
How did the company get associated with those sites? In most cases, the compant bought property or other companies and the sites were part of the baggage.
My company took someone else's mess and cleaned it up.
No, my employer does not have more superfund sites than in all of cananada, but it does have a substantial team of lawyers. Very aggressive lawyers who take their reputation as a responsible part of the community very seriously.
Might I suggest you try to get your facts straight before making any more libelous claims and get yourself in serious trouble?
