you will hear equal amount of both side of this. in my opinion (since im in the same boat) a little bit is a nice so it looks nice and natural, but also take into account where you live and where you drive the car. if alot of potholes and speed bumps are on your regular drives, then the height is nice to have. if its all smooth sailing then why not give her a bit more of an aggressive stance.
Driveways, hills and parking lot dips/ramps also become potential for damage.
