My 911SC is set almost exactly as you are planning - 25" rear; 25" front, giving it a slight nose down stance. (25.5 front is "Euro" I believe.) It looks good, but practically it is a little too low for me. I scrape on driveways at the front loops and tail pipe unless I crawl up or down them. If I had to do it over again, I would ask that the car be set at 25.5 rear; 25.5 front.
EDIT: I just read your previous post on your current heights (25.75 front/25.50 rear) - I suppose you are probably ok to setting your car up as you propose. Odd, mine looked like yours before I lowered and my hieghts were like 27!
