These are very good options - though a bit further from Totowa than Newark airport.
I live in the next town over from Totowa. If she has some downtime during the day, she can check out the Paterson Falls in Paterson, NJ, which was recently made into a National Historical Park. Also - she should check out Geolitti's on Union Blvd on the Totowa / Paterson border - best homemade icecream around!
