Yes. It's been discussed here a bunch. If you do a search, you'll learn the factory way of measuring ride height and the half-ass way that is generally used.
There is a technical spec book available from Porsche for each of its models and the numbers are in those books. There were two basic sets of height figures, US and everybody else. The first differences in height were noted on the mid-70's models and the last were noted in the early '80's. Before and after, the heights were the same. There were slight variations in height at one end or the other for the turbos, SC's and 3.2 Carreras, so there is more than one "correct height". Rather than make a blanket statement, it's easier to just look up the numbers for an individual car.
