Yes, I've replaced the squeegee as well. If your door has never been rehabbed, prepare to find a bunch of stuff at the bottom of the door, including the pin tensioner like I did.

I can't help you with the motor stuff, but research seems to suggest that the rubber strip that rubs against the outside of the window as it retracts into the door (AKA the squeegee) should be replaced as well as the felt runners and other rubber parts. It's all under Body and Seals on PP. I'm just going to go through that list when I get into the door and see what needs to be replaced. Hopefully all this work will mean quieter targas!
