I failed to mention we have three dogs that will bark if a fly farts and an alarm system that is on anytime we are not home. While our home is not a fortross I refuse to be paranoid in my own home ! I take what I consider to be normal precautions and that's going to have to do. Ever see a single pane of glass with 3M security shield on it ? In Florida I saw video's of this stuff stopping a 2 x 4 in 100 mph winds from going through the glass. I would think some of that film on a gun case would stop a smash and grab. Bolt it to the wall so it can't be tipped over the bad guys are probably going to grab TV's and the like before having to " work " at getting into the case. And that will all be happening while the alarm is blaring. I am not ruling out a gun case but would prefer a gun cabinet. Stay safe gentleman.
