In following the Bentley book for engine removal, it show that the throttle cable is disconnected through the cruise control and it is located in the left corner of the engine against the firewall. It's the servo just about the 'C'
However my car does not look like that. It is an updated version and I don't want to just pull the cable out. It uses a ball & socket located externally of the servo.
Can anyone advise the best way to disconnect the cable and get it through the bracket the cable goes through?
