Agree with Pete...but I'd swap the upper, you can sell the slightly damaged upper for close to what the perfect one cost.
Check out ebay fees-between that and the hassle, ProItalia is likely a good call, and give the traffic that the bike will generate for them, they might cut a sweetheart.
PS values are out thee now, not sure that they're going a whole lot higher, but who knows?
Were Smart's immune to the tank issues?
