I would keep all the parts in a sealed plastic garbage bag. Hoses included.
Even though they may sit in an attic for 15 years and dry rot, at least you can say to a prospective buyer that you have the ac system but it's not installed.
He would want new barrier hose anyways - but he will not be starting from scratch, which can be unnerving.
