Took our new Honda Ridgeline to the dealer because the passenger side heated seat was only working on the bottom cushion not on the back of the seat as both (bottom and back ) on the drivers side. I get a call from the service writer stating according to the wiring diagram the passenger side only has a heated bottom where as the driver side has both. Dealer said no charge and I could pick it up as it just came out of the car wash. I am happy with everything but have you ever herd of a auto maker only heating the bottom of one seat? I know some of you will have to go out and check your rides. The service Department did not know about this either.
