Several things...may I suggest to just add postings to one thread you started instead of creating new threads (three so far!)? Also, are you aware that you can edit your existing postings? Just trying to help you here.
As for the oil feed to the flat fan are you using the discharge side of the turbo scavenge pump? If yes then don't do that! You need to use another source for oil feed. Since I'm unfamiliar with the flat fan's need for oil pressure and flow I have no idea what source to use for the flat fan. Sorry for not being much of a help!
