Some really crazy prices lately, there's no doubt whatsoever that we're in some kind of price craze/bubble.
Just a couple of things I've seen in the past few days:
A 73 or 74 914 2.0 just sold for $30K on eBay with lots of bidding.
An '86 Ferrari 328 GTSi sold for over $130K at RM.
IMO, the 78-89 911s are going up. Whether the prices will hold, I don't know, but IMO this bubble in the sports car market will continue for at least another 2 years, during which time top notch examples of the the 78-89 911s will get pulled up.
