Things like AWD for a 911 sports car with its torque-splitting differentials, twin turbos and yes, liquid cooling! Still, it was an amazing effort by Porsche and its DNA is evident in all 911s since, especially the turbo models.
Which is why I would give an organ to own one. Sadly there aren't any takers on that trade.
