Disagree. I think outdoors is fine.
Now, we can argue over Jersey as the venue. The Meadowlands (or whatever they call it now) is a stupid place to hold the Super Bowl. It's not really NYC, and it's not going to draw the crowds, but I guess we will see how it goes.
