No State Income Tax, and a 17.5% less cost of living from where I'm at, and 6000 people a month are moving there.....Soooo
Also there will be less congestion.....15 minutes in a traffic jam instead of the 1.5 hours trying to get home from LA on a heavy night.....Soooo
I sweat a little....
