I'm assuming you're referring to the stock covers that came on the turbo and TL's? I would suspect you could get them from one of the dismantlers.
I will say these don't look all that good without the rocker covers - I ran my car for a year or two without the covers, and the rockers really dont' look 'finished at all. the torsion bar covers fit 'ok, but there are big slots for the screws, they don't look like they fit all that good, etc.
If it was me, I'd look into the newer 993 style turbo rocker covers - very sleek IMHO.
