I'm serious... I just got 6 gallons of epoxy from US Composites (enough for two boats), I have all the wood I need and tools.
Now I just have to commit and find the time.
I'm also repairing my dad's old kevlar canoe (16' at 48 lbs) to get some experiance before I make the plunge.

Mark- Think you could copy that Oru foldable?  Carbon weave wrapped around balsa sectioned structure. Tubing for gunwale could be of aluminum or titanium........
