Where would I get the work done? If I had to do it all over again, I would trailer my car to TRE Motorsports.
Consider the following:
1) Adequate cooling. (Search the archives) Don't underestimate cooling needs.
2) Consider multiple exhaust options.
3) The Patrick motorsports 3.6 conversion throttle cable is a nice solution to a common problem.
